Rate Inclusions

Child Policy
2025
Children 0 – 3 years old
Stay for free.
Children 4 – 6 years old
30% of adult rate charged per night.
Children 7 – 13 years old
50% of adult rate charged per night.
Children 14 years and older
Full adult rate charged per night.
We try our best to group families with children together on game drives to ensure that all guests may partake in and enjoy the game drive experience. However, should a private vehicle be preferred by any guest, this can be arranged at an additional charge.
Please note:
The lodge does not offer child-minding services nor does it store any baby chairs,
sleeper cots, carrier cots or catering supplies for babies and toddlers. These items must be brought in by the guests should specific items be required.
Alternatively, these items can be arranged for, by the lodge, at an additional charge.
Terms and Conditions:
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
- The balance must be paid 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be received in writing.
- 30 days prior to travel date – no cancellation fees
- 29 – 15 days prior to travel date – 50% of the total cost is forfeited
- 14 – 0 days prior to travel date – 100% of the total cost is forfeited
